Responsibilities

Scope/Purpose of the Position

 

The Warehouse Loan Liaison exists to ensure all closed loans fund on time according to their disbursement date. Major functions include making sure all loans are funded correctly in a timely matter (All Channels) and allocating loans to Homebridge Warehouse Credit Facilities by loan program.  

 

 Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions

  • Process all wires that closed for the day.
  • Communicate with all warehouse banks.
  • Update Loan Origination System (LOS) for all channels when loans fund.
  • Process miscellaneous wires and updating the amounts and dates of the wires in our LOS.
  • Create a spreadsheet showing each loan advanced at each day for our various warehouse lines.
  • Prepare and upload all wires for all warehouse lines into their Warehouse Loan System (WLS).
  • Update warehouse cash balances ‘Haircut’ on all warehouse lines.
  • Work with all closers, HUD reviewers, and closing managers on daily basics.

Work Experience and Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints.
  • Excellent level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.
  • Excellent level of oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate across a variety of audiences.
  • Intermediate level of computer skills.
  • Intermediate typing skills.
  • Excellent ability to rapidly acquire detailed knowledge of departmental policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Intermediate ability to understand and apply sound business math.
  • Excellent ability to prioritize workflow and utilize time management skills.
  • Intermediate ability to analyse and resolve routing problems within estimated time frames.
  • Reports to work on a daily and timely basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three (3) years in the mortgage industry preferred
